We are located in the small-town of Orefield, PA. Here is a little information about our town.
Orefield is a small Lehigh County, Pennsylvania town along Pennsylvania Route 309, in the United States. It is located in North Whitehall Township and South Whitehall Township.
The town takes its name from the extensive deposits of limonite (iron ore) once mined here. The Ironton Railroad was extended to Orefield in 1862 to serve these mines, and operated into Orefield until 1955.
Orefield is the former home to Parkland High School. It is a part of the Lehigh Valley and is only a few miles outside of Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is surrounded by many suburban housing developments many of which were former farms operated by the Pennsylvania Dutch whose influence in the community is waning. There are many covered bridges nearby which cross the Jordan Creek.
Located near Orefield is a large factory for Alpo Dog Food, which has been owned by the Ralston Purina Company since the 1990's. Also located nearby are the Jaindl turkey farms, which provide the turkey for the White House on many Thanksgivings. Located in Orefield is Shankweiler's, America’s oldest Drive-in theater, whose entrance is guarded by two ornamental white lions.

Shipping Method;
Standard shipping for packages less than 2 lbs will most likely be shipped by USPS. If the product is over 2 lbs it may be shipped by DHL, FedEx, FedEx or UPS. The standard shipping method is determined by Poliwally.com based on the size and weight of the package.
Expedited Shipping
2nd Day Air not available on certain products, liquids or items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern time. 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air will be shipped by FedEx or UPS depending on the carrier's pickup and delivery schedule. UPS and FedEx not deliver 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air packages on week-ends.
If you need to have your order shipped by Next Day Air you will need to call us to verify that the item is in stock.
Refused/Undeliverable Address;
If you chose to “refuse” a shipment without contacting us for a “RMA Number” we will be forced to charge you the cost of the return. If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address. You will be charged the shipping amount.
Credits and Reshipments
We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that have a delivery confirmation.
Return Policy
Refunds
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 14 days of you receiving the order and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. You must contact us for an RMA number, otherwise known as (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us first, before we will accept your package. Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.
If you return an item past our 14 day grace period without our prior approval, we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Please return your item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail and make sure to get a tracking number from them.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse your package you will be charged the original cost of shipping, even if you received free shipping, plus the cost of return shipping. Free shipping only applies when the product is kept And If we have sent the wrong product, or have made some other error on shipping out your product.
Cancelled Orders
If we are not able to cancel an order before it ships, you may still return the order, however you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping as well as the return shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will exchange the product for you at no charge. We do request that if the package is received damaged, that you contact us within five days of the shipment being received. Also call the shipping company that ships it to you. And let them know that your package was damaged during which. They will explain to you what you need to do next.
You can expect a refund sent to your credit card company within 14 business days of Poliwally.com addressing your return.
Exchanges
Were not able to make exchanges, since you have to send back the product.
Note: Shavers, shaver parts, flat irons, hair dryers, trimmers, massagers, foot spas, electronic items and other personal hygiene products can never be returned once opened.
Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can new ones. We do not accept them, due to insurance and health liabilities.
